Very clean and modern, walkable distance to the town and river. Really nice rooftop bar with great panoramic views. Good choice of food and drinks. Good access to Travemunde port - less than 15 minute drive to the check in point.

Great Hotel in an Under-Appreciated City

This hotel is a great modern hotel not far from the city center. The top of the hotel is where you have an amazing breakfast in the morning and excellent dinner options at night while offering a great view from the eighth floor. Staff is great and parking is right there, though expensive. The room is clean and comfortable.

Good and clean hotel

Nice hotel only 15 minutes walk away from Lübeck old town. Very nice view over Lübeck from the 8’ floor where you can have an evening drink, dine and have breakfast ( Breakfast was good ) Room was clean , but we could hear the ventilation system from outside all the time during our stay ( 2 days) Parking is just besides the hotel , and that is very nice In general a very nice hotel we would like to visit again

Located quite well, easy access by car from autobahn and just 5-10 min drive from Old town. Otherwise is the area around the hotel not very interesting. Clean and spacious room. All together quite ordinary

Location is convenient right off the Autobahn and close to some fast food options. However, parking is a problem. There is a small parking right next to the hotel but driving in and out and the parking area are tight spaces especially if you drive a longer car. It was also not clear how or how much to pay for parking and we assumed that it was for free or would be somehow added to the bill. The staff at the check-in desk did not mention anything about parking. Came to learn that there are signs and a machine to pay but since we drove in and out in the dark did not see any of it. The company that owns the parking apparently takes pictures of the cars driving in and out but you do not get a parking ticket that you can pay when you drive into the parking lot and signage is difficult to notice especially when arriving at night. Anyhow, they are now asking me to pay 54 Euros for the 28 minutes I parked to unload. There was a terrible smell on the floor that my room was located on. They offer a breakfast buffet, which was ok. I have stayed at other hotels in that city and won't be back here.

Functional and clean hotel.

Good value stay in a modern hotel within a reasonable distance of Lübeck centre. Car parking is right next to the hotel and plentiful at a reasonable cost. The hotel was really very clean and the room we had was spacious and airy. The breakfast is served in the rooftop restaurant which has some of the best views you will see when having a breakfast anywhere. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

We wondered why the property had 4 stars. For a German hotel having room cleanup every second day, no to very poor sound isolation between the rooms and finally a single elevator for its 8 floors, I would say it was a three stars hotel in outskirts of the city centre. The roof top restaurant was okey for the panorama view but this is it.
