Nice, efficient and clean hotel, great for the one night stop we had. Nice room, seemed well kept and clean. Breakfast was fine, above average for a cheaper hotel. Hotel is right next to the railway and you will hear it, but was not an issue. Onsite charger for EV was nice add-on

We only stayed one night on our way further down south in Europe. But this place offered a perfect spot to rest. Really good AC (we stayed during heatwave), it’s clean, comfortable beds, good breakfast and helpful staff. It’s not luxury by any means, but it served us really well. Also, it’s situated just a short stroll from the beautiful city centre of Lüneburg.

The hotel is located right next to the rail line, so it gets quite noisy early in the morning. The room we stayed in had a carpet with a musty smell on the first night, but it was fine the second night after the cleaning staff left the window open. Breakfast was excellent, with a good selection of cheeses and cold cuts. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

A newly build hotel with modern and comfortable facilities. Easy to reach, clean and safe area. Very friend and helpful staff. Snack and vending machine are near the lobby. Fitness and laundry rooms. Very nice rooms with very comfortable beds and beautiful view on the main city church and the old city water tower. Clean and convenient Bathroom with big shower cabin. Continental breakfast with freshly grained coffee, fresh fruits, freshly baked bread rolls and cereals.

We were asked to self check in through a device at late night when we arrived. It wasn't convenient when you travel with family. Not enough parking space and I had to park outside. There was a Lady at the reception, who wasn't very helpful at night, however, later her Boss turned up who was helpful.

Travelling alone with a heavy bag, I appreciated the proximity by foot to the train station, though it was tucked away in its own space and greeney and had no noise, traffic, bad air or sketchy characters: a safe, clean, quiet harbor with easy access to town (just on other side of canal and river - a few hundred yards). Very clean, modern functional decor. Good windows, but also AC that you could turn on/off or adjust! I don't overuse at all, but what a relief after trekking around town for hours on a hot+humid day [n.b. Lueneburg is made out of brick - the older architecture is 'brick Gothic' - it doesn't cool off quickly as the sun goes down! Breakfast area was very nice as was the breakfast (though no hot foods, - fine by me). No other amenities or areas, aside from a few seats by entrance. A friendly and efficient, well-located place to stay.

Super til kort ophold eller overnatning på farten. Hjælpsomt personale i receptionen. Værelset rent og pænt. Hotellet ligger fremragende ift. Lüneburg centrum, restauranter mv. Ikke voldsomt mange værelsesfaciliteter, men det rækker, når værelset ikke skal bruges til ophold, og hvis man ikke har behov for at stryge eller lign. Spiste ikke morgenmad på stedet, så kan ikke bedømme den, men der er ikke langt til andre, udmærkede muligheder for en større eller mindre morgensnack.
