Comfortable and convenient
Very tidy and comfortable room and tasty breakfast. The hotel is ideally located near bus services that connect directly to the train station.

Narrow and limited parking
Room was cold and has no radiator or heater. There are wooden stairs and no elevator. Parking is limited near hotel, but very narrow space. Internet is good. Bathroom is small. Room is quite large. Walls are very thin and you hear all noises from other rooms and hall. Breakfast was good. Bed was unconfortable

Hello and thank you for your message. The heating is centralised and there is a lift! Parking is right is narrow but at least there is one and free. And finally the walls are thin you are right but remember that we are a 2 star hotel, and some things we can't just change sorry. Thank you Sara Colombo

This hotel delighted us. The staff are friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The location is excellent. Breakfast was delicious. Our room was spotless, spacious, and attractive - with a balcony, too!

Perfect hotel in Lugano
I had a fantastic stay at Hotel Atlantico. The owners went out of their way to make sure my stay was comfortable and secure. They even showed me 5 different rooms and let me choose the one I wanted. The room was quiet and comfortable, and the area is nice. It's a very short walk to the lake and thru the park to the town. The walk was so beautiful that I never even used the free bus pass they gave me. Don't miss the breakfast with homemade jams and cakes. It was fantastic. I would definitely stay at Hotel Atlantico again!

Bathroom shower needs some work. Why put it on the broad side of the tiny bath tub? Rooms have paper thin walls. I am a very light sleeper and people talking in the other rooms, even from a different floor were quite audible and loud. Same with road noise early in the morning. The door to the balcony does not have any handle on the outside, so if you are locked out, good luck! Check in is on the second floor (1st per European numbering). Very good internet speed but no English channel on the TV. Closer to the lake. The hosts are very pleasant and smiling, always willing to help. Breakfast was nice.

- Nahe am See und kurzer Weg zur Bergbahn Monte Bré. - Zentrum Lugano ist bequem mit dem Bus erreichbar - komplizierter Einstieg in die Badewanne (Dusche) wegen fix montierter Glaswand (eine mobile, faltbare wäre vorteilhafter)

가격, 청결, 친절함 모두 만족스런 숙소였어요
자체 주차장 보유에 5분거리에 바로 호수가 있고 청결하고 서비스도 너무 좋았습니다. 조식도 괜찮았고 특히 사장님이 제주도와 부산을 방문했다며 친절하게 대해주신게 무척 인상적이였습니다.

Das Hotel wird familiär geführt und wir fühlten uns sehr willkommen. Die Zimmer waren jeden Tag sehr sauber und das Personal sehr nett. Es liegt in der Nähe des Sees bzw. des Lidos. Wir werden wieder einmal ins Hotel Atlantico gehen.

Je suis venu à Lugano pour participer à un tournoi de tennis. La proximité de l hôtel avec le club de tennis est parfaite L amabilité des hôteliers est super. Bravo!

너무 좁은 객실과 비좁은 욕실
일단 가격에 비해 너무 공간이 좁아요. 그리고 프라이빗베스룸을 쓰려면 10프랑을 더 내라고 했는데, 이미 메일로 전용욕실이 있다고 분명히 받았기 때문에 메일을 보여 주며 컴플레인을 했더니 한국어로는 자기가 확인이 불가능하니 어쩔 수 없이 받지 않겠다며 마지못한 얼굴로 원래 가격대로 결재를 해주었어요. 비좁은 객실에서 불쾌한 마음이 그런 예약 오류 때문에 더욱 불쾌했어요.
