"Unique room with everything you needed. Lovely outside area to sit. Something to be aware of is that your room may be up lots of steps, may not be super practical for everyone but not an issue for us and I imagine there are accessible rooms for those who need them. Amazing views of the local area, particularly from a fantastic bar near the top of the site. Understandably this was closed due to rain one day we visited. An abundance of local crafts available to purchase if desired. One of the jets in the spa bath in the room had come loose and shot water into the air, the bath also took a long time to fill. We would have appreciated complimentary daily water in the room as per other similar hotels. Lovely pool which we didn’t use as a little chilly but would be great in summer. Would definitely return. "

Dalla reception, Cristina, Daniela e tutto il personale di sale, Salvatore è stato fantastico, come tutti gli altri che non ricordo il nome, scusate. Una bella piscina all'aperto. Il mangiare, dalla colazione alla cena, tutto buonissimo. Torneremo sicuramente se ci sarà la necessità di stare a Cala Gonone. "Such a beautiful property in such a beautiful location. It is so peaceful. Lovely pool and surrounding area. The beach is amazing and close by. The property is extremely well cleaned and all of the staff are so helpful. Would definitely recommend this place and would like to stay here again in the future."

"Everything was really great, the hotel is very clean, staff are polite and friendly, the only think is ( and maybe is a cultural thing I don’t know) is the breakfast service the are soooooo slow to replace the stuff. "

"We arrived 00:15. Front desk was still staffed (apparently 24/7). Street parking was the main isdue with the hotel apprarently being near full and it being late."

" The location is beautiful and peaceful — exactly what we wanted — but the service is not at 4-star level. Staff are kind but clearly overstretched. We were charged €8/day for parking with no alternative, which should really be included. Breakfast starts only at 8AM with no early option, and no water or coffee machine in the rooms. The spa was advertised but was unavailable during our stay, with no prior notice. The pool bar opened only after 1PM. The biggest surprise was the coffee: machine coffee was poor, and my first cappuccino tasted of salty water (likely tap water). Though the waiter apologised and fixed it the next day, this is unacceptable in an Italian 4-star resort. Staff also had loud arguments near guests. Room cleaning was basic: towels were changed but sheets weren’t, and floors weren’t properly cleaned. The food menu is very limited and expensive. Worst of all, during checkout they tried to charge us more than double (including parking again and items we didn’t order). Only after I asked to check the bill was it corrected. Beautiful setting, but the service, transparency, and quality need major improvement"
