"Very clean and nicely decorated room. I got sick just as we arrived, so parking right outside the door was great. We had a 2 Queen rooms. It was comfortable, we slept great, and enjoyed picking up continental breakfast before heading out. Note, this is not the walkable area of Estes Park, but is easy to get to and from RMNP. My only suggestion is for better lighting in the room. Sink is outside of bathroom. Vanity lights were for aesthetics, and did not help with mirror tasks like makeup,...

"We visited Estes Mountain Inn for the first time with our 2 year old and 8 year old. We really enjoyed the indoor and outdoor pool option as the weather is always changing. We enjoyed the playground and games in the lobby. The smores and popcorn were a hit. The room was a little smaller than we anticipated but it was still comfortable with AC and the smart TV was convenient as well. Can't wait to plan our next trip!"

"I should have asked if there was a wedding taking place the night I reserved. We were in a remodeled room on the second floor in the lodge and the band was so loud and it was like a thumping banging every 3 seconds (drum beat). This went on until after 10:30 at night and we had to be up for a 5:00 AM RMNP reservation. Then around 11 PM the people upstairs you could hear every time they walked across their room and they were loud. I was unable to fall asleep until midnight and I was in bed at...

"This was a beautiful property and the manager was world-class in the way he treated us. Er had a one-bedroom suite with a living area. The views were amazing too. Highly recommended!"

"The hotel is in a good location - walkable to the Visitor’s Center or you can park in their large free parking garage and either walk or take the free trolley from there. We saw quite a few elk from the property. Our tv never worked during our 5-night stay. They did send a maintenance man but he couldn’t fix it. There is a mini-split AC unit right over the tv and if the air was set to 72 or under, the AC unit would leak water that ran directly over the tv cables. We had to put towels onto the...

"We enjoyed our stay, very convenient location. The breakfast was nice to have. A couple small things to help out, hand towel rack would have been very nice and the broken electric plate cover replaced behind the night stand. We would definitely stay there again."

"Stay was comfortable enough; coffee pot had not been cleaned, but room was otherwise clean and the towels are nice and plush. There was virtually no room in the bathroom for toiletries...and very little counter space in the kitchenette. The room was very warm at night for some reason. Bed comfort not great, but OK. No elevators if your room is on the second floor."
