"This is my second stay here. The hotel is in a very safe area of Bogota, across from the police headquarters and near a giant mall. Front desk is great! I recommend paying for a room on a higher floor; the view is amazing! The breakfast buffet is solid, room service is good, and the AR spa in the basement offers discounts for guests. I highly recommend for international visitors. "

"The breakfast was excellent in taste, freshness, variety and service. Internet-each room has its own router and the signal is very good. The building is of super solid construction and the thick solid construction may interfere with the signal outside of the room. The sound proofing of the rooms makes the out of room signal a worth while trade off to me in my five visits to this hotel. Again, in room signal is very good. "

"I had communicated that I would be arriving in the early hours of the morning and asked for check-in instructions. I was advised that they could only be sent once o arrived at the building and that there would be someone available to do this. There wasn’t. I ended up having to wait in the lobby of the building till the morning and then had to wait another couple of hours for the room to be cleaned even though my booking started the day before and the apartment should’ve been ready. The apartment I was given was in another building from the one I booked and was also smaller than the one I’d booked. I asked for a partial refund and have still not been given one. Would not recommend this company. Location was close to sites if interest though."

The location is another huge plus—conveniently situated near great restaurants, cultural spots, and lively neighborhoods, making it easy to explore the city.
