"The rooms were clean and the bed were very comfortable. But customer service in the other hand could use some improvement. We booked and paid for 3 sea view rooms for new years celebration but the views from our rooms were mostly pool view instead of sea view. There weren’t any toiletries in the two rooms we stayed.
