Top Luxor Hotel Reviews

Sonesta St George Hotel Luxor

10/10 Excellent

"The property is beautiful with some parts undergoing construction which could be heard from my room. However I would definitely recommend. The staff is warm and friendly. The Japanese restaurant was amazing and so good. The highlight of my dinner was experiences in Egypt. The convenience of being able to do the felucca from the hotel at a minimal price was something I appreciated. My only complaint is after I paid my bill to $0 after leaving I was charged additionally with no explanation why."

Steigenberger Nile Palace

10/10 Excellent

"Steigenberger Nile Palace exceeded my expectations. After a "so-so" Cairo/Giza hotel, I was pleasantly surprised by the real "upscale" experience—and for a very reasonable price, to boot! I opted for the "half board" option, and the dinners I had at both a-la-carte restaurants were hands down the best ones during my vacation. Cleopatra Hotel Luxor

10/10 Excellent

"this is a hole in the wall , definitely worth it to stay there, my room was clean , specious, good A/C , enough hot water , 8) Mahmoud was very kind and helpful, rest of the staff very friendly as well. perfect for a short stay, for a family or solo female travellers. 10 minutes walk distance to the public ferry that takes you to the East side of town, only $25 egyptian pounds per person, restaurants everywhere west East of the Nile river , walkable from this hotel. the road to get there is a little dusty, but heck, this is the desert 🌵 I would definitely be back to this hotel in a heart beat ."
