"I booked through the Expedia, and the reception didn’t offer a good rooms because we didn’t booked directly.
The rooms were at the end of the area and the WiFi didn’t work even when we used our own LTE."

"Hotel was lovely. Breakfast was incredible, the nicest of our stay with enormous selection of pastries and fresh orange juice. The staff were friendly and attentive. Lovely view out over the Nile and the pool was very relaxing.
The only downside was the hotel gym, which looked good but about 70% of the machines didn't work or were broken which was unfortunate."

"I will 100% stay here when I come back. The palace is CLEAN, QUIET, and BEAUTIFUL. The entire hotel was architecturally beautiful and clean. I was one of a few guests at the hotel and felt/was treated like royalty. The owner is a wonderful, kind, and helpful woman.
The hotel offers a free boat to cross to the east bank which was a blessing. With the hotel being on the West Bank, there is little noise at night meaning you can hear all the sounds the Nile has to offer.
Absolutely wonderful...
