"I am not the kind of person who complains and is never satisfied but we called the Berg&Berg hotel, the hotel from hell. Checkin was simple and at first glance we were happy with the room. "This isn't a real hotel. It was more like a cabin with a bar next door and the bartenders are used as hotel employees.. even though I don't believe they are truly affiliated with the hotel.
