Overall good stay.

Good stay. A little aged and not as nice as other hotels, but a good stay. Desk chair was not great. Nothing fancy, but would stay again.

Check in was quick, room was clean and comfortable. We were in room 111 and the room above us had a dog and people who stomped and pitter pattered on the floor all night. I called the front desk at 11:00pm when they advised they would contact the occupant but it continued ALL night! Suggestion to staff: all guests with pets should be placed on the first floor. Did not get a restful night of sleep.

We always stay here when visiting family. It's so convenient and in good value. They do need to fix the white paint spots on the LVP floor in the bathroom, Otherwise the room is fine

Moving with a pet

I was moving from my old house to a new home in another state. I had a lot of luggage and came and went at odd hours. The staff was very sympathetic and helpful.

What a lovely hotel! Quiet, great shower with an actual working tub, comfy bed, clean as can be, and super helpful staff. Do not miss the breakfast!

It seems that they have cleaned this hotel up a bit. The front desk staff was very nice, I wish I had gotten her name to put her. She spoke everytime we walked by. Rooms were clean and comfie. The breakfast was great and the lady doing that was amazing as well. We will definitely stay here again.

Dated but they are trying

The experience was ok, cleanliness of the hotel was alright. Service was excellent. Hotel is dated and needs to be updated and lower level rooms are extremely humid even after the AC has been ran for hours. I had an issue with the bathroom getting flooded and it turns out a pipe became disconnected, they were prompt in resolving the matter and cleaned the bathroom and gave me clean linens. The only other issue is not with the hotel but with the guests, be expected to be woken up at 4am to 5am during the week as doors are constantly opened and slammed as the workers go to work. That is a common courtesy that I would have assumed would be followed but what do I know.

Fantastic staff in the midst of the Christmas holiday 2022... 4.5 stars for this property... public areas are nicely updated, breakfast was mighty fine... rooms could use a bit of updating. Most important: bed was premium, albeit signs of age are obvious among other finishes. Nothing to cry over... overall, a lovely stay.

The room advertised online is not the room I paid for. The pics of the room online is incorrect. The 3rd party I booked with called the hotel to see how we could resolve this but neither one, the hotel or 3rd party wanted to take responsibility for what I thought I paid for based on the pics online. I don't think that was fair to me. The staff were great in checking on me because my sole purpose of being there was to, under Drs orders, get away, relax, soak in a hot tub to get my blood pressure down because I am under a lot of stress. This whole situation stressed me even more because I didn't get what I paid for. I killed 4 roaches the 1st night to the point I had the front desk give me a can of spray and killed 2 more the next day. This isn't my 1st or 2nd time staying her, in the same rm I've always got and what was advertised mind you, but I think it's my last. It may seem simple to some but I really needed to relax and just couldn't there.

The facility needs to be updated in all areas. We found several roaches in the bathroom. The family next to our room had a domestic emergency and the police had to called. We felt unsafe the remainder of the night and did not rest well. We will not be recommending this hotel.

Roaches were in my daughter’s room, and the place wasn’t clean when you walk in. The hotel was a stay for construction workers and at night all you have is men drinking heavily and getting high outside was a little scary for two women traveling alone.
