#DO NOT BOOK###! It's neither a hotel nor a hospitality services provider. They provide no such services. As verbally communicated by the manager: "This is a SELF-SERVICE facility. You clean your own room. You take out your own trash. You will be penalized $25 if you bring out your trash to the front door for removal. If your towels and/or linens are dirty or you need them changed, you must bring the dirty stuff to the front desk for exchange with cleans ones. Room service can only clean your room AFTER 14 DAYS." And you PAY THEM for being your lords. If this is your definition of a HOTEL, then good luck booking this facility. Oh, and get ready to be ghosted at the frontdesk - because NOBODY IS EVER THERE unless you BANG ON THE WALL OR CONCRETE TABLETOP several times. Lastly, enjoy the arrogant, disrespectful, and pretentious staff when any does emerge from the hole. I encountered only 1 courteous young lady staff member during my stay. Finally, they have dud phones in the rooms - as formally confirmed by their "technician" who showed up on my second day of asking them to fix the dud phone. THEY NEVER FIXED THE PHONE. I was a guest for 7 days! - why so long? - Because I was in an out for my business in the city. I booked the place to support "Black-owned business" but I now regret the whole nonsense of trying to support "minority" business. This business model is in the wrong category and will surely soon shut down! That's it. I repeat: #DO NOT BOOK THIS FACILITY###

Friendly staff, workout center, great kitchenette. They really need to offer office chairs instead of the uncomfortable one they have at the desk in your room. That's my only complaint, really.
