"The property was very dusty with dead bugs laying around. It seemed like no one has stayed in this trailer home. "

"Chit at the front desk was awesome!! The rooms were super clean and very comfortable!! Continental breakfast was great. Well definitely be back when visiting our son in New Lisbon WI. "

"Room was fine, but definitely not the most up to date. No lotion, just shampoo and conditioner and a bar soap. Towels were scratchy. Has to check in at a different location than where the room was. Loud beeping alarm the entire stay at the entrance. Walls are super thin. Could hear the family with children in the room next door very clearly."

"Rooms clean.bed was very comfortable. Staff as very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was exceptional."

"Everything about our stay was good. We had the 3 queen bed room which was great! Beds were clean and comfortable, view of river was nice. Would have liked it if the restaurant was open during the week days of our stay but understand it was not prime season yet and price of room was super reasonable! Room included free tickets for Timbavati which was awesome too. Overall I would stay there again."

"Pool not filled outside yet"

"We were told to go in door 4 as it was closest to the elevator near our room. The whole lock mechanism was missing from the door so it never locked. Quick easy access from that point to get to the pool, which that door wasn’t locked either!"

"The resort is amazing down to every detail . Super clean . The staff were very friendly . The only improvement that may need to be done is the restaurant . My husband I both ordered the walleye and it was one thin piece of fish with fries and slaw for $28. We just thought that was not worth it . But other than that we loved the resort . Hope they get it worked out with the city so the dragon can breathe fire again . That would have been great to see . That’s not the resorts fault . We will stay...
