"This is our 6 or 7th time. As usual the staff was great, room was clean but for the first time, we had several things go wrong, first the bed on the left was squeaking big time so each time my wife moved, it woke me up. Second was the bathtub, black stains in several spots and lastly, went for breakfast only once because it was out of eggs, 3 pieces of bread were left and it was only 8.40 am so we did not bother the other 2 days. Still cannot beat the location. Hoping this was just a glitch....

"We were disappointed in the quality technology pertaining to the TV .
The remote didn't work, called front desk and twice someone had to reset it. At the end it didn't work and when it did it slow and no menu button. Simple said they should not have given us room that wasn't up to expectations."

"Pool was broken/unavailable when we went. This was really unfortunate considering the high temps. Would have been nice. Carpet throughout the hotel needs to be replaced, badly. I did not take my shoes off in the room because it was so dirty, worn and stained. Breakfast was fine, nice that they have it for free/included. Convenient, quiet hotel. Check out is at noon which i feel like is generous, if you need the extra time in the AM."

"Clean rooms and helpful approachable staff. Convenient location in Queen Anne area with many options for eating, since the hotels offers none and shopping for essentials in the area since it is walking distance to the Seattle Center. All of the provided basic amenities in the room were very well presented and conveniently arranged for easy access.
The rooftop patio area was warmly decorated with ample seating and great views of puget sound but unfortunately, there were no table mounted...
