"Delayed check in. Had to wait over an hour after check in time 3pm. Got room key after 4pm. Check out was at 12 noon, room wasnt available but several people were rooms were checked in immediately. Requested convenience fee and valet parking to be refunded.
This is how they treat gold status with complementary room upgrade. Never staying there again. Management was emailed without response.

"The property was clean but pool was small. The hot tub was not hot at all. We had a connecting room and no fault of the hotel, but the kids next door kept trying to open our door. I did not feel rest at all. Location was great as it was a very short walk to Disneyland parks. "
