"We stayed here as a family of four for 2 nights. The location is absolutely fantastic—right across the road from the beach! The rooms were surprisingly spacious and very clean, which we appreciated. However, the hotel itself is quite old and run down. For instance, the rooms are still using old TV screens rather than smart TVs (E.g no Netflix or Disney+ etc) and remote buttons were old and hard to press. "First off, the reception greeting was good very polite. But ask them something out of the ordinary and you get a blank stare. No comprehension of what you are asking. The manager says things are available to you, but the front desk know nothing about it. Keep in mind that there are new owners now who are doing catch ups in quite a few areas. On the surface everything looks clean spotless and tidy. But behind those washing machines, toilets and dyers are months of dust, powder and assorted...

"There was no one available for our check in at 1330. We had to wait. There was no cleaning equipment in the room so we couldn't do any basic house work. There was no where to walk in the park as there were restricted signs around all the accommodation some of which appeared to be permanent. The smart TV control did not work all the time and the TV kept freezing up. The TV setup and time was completely out of synch. The air-conditioning system kept rattling all night disturbing our sleep. ...
