"We had an absolutely amazing experience at Kaani Grand View! The hospitality here is truly unmatched. From the moment we arrived, everything was taken care of with such warmth and professionalism. A special mention to Tiger, who received us at the port and escorted us to the hotel — he’s truly a gem of a person! Always available, always helpful, and genuinely caring. He set such a high standard of hospitality that it’s hard to imagine anything better. The restaurant team was equally wonderful — every attendant especially Asih greeted us with a smile and made dining a pleasure. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and very comfortable, making our stay even more relaxing. We honestly did not want to leave! "The experience was ok, breakfast was good, they give you towels for the beach, and the air conditioning works perfectly, but the photos doesn’t match exactly as the ones advertised on hotels.com and not even similiar to the ones in google maps (it shows a swimming pool that doesn’t exist) it’s a few blocks from the prison and next to a mosque so prepare for the 430am prayers from really loud speakers, also there is doing a super loud construction of a building next door "
