"This condo was well appointed and very clean. We did not see any pests when we were there. It has multiple fans and an AC which keep the unit cool, though the trade winds are usually sufficient. It is well appointed, with anything you might need to cook or grill. Washer and dryer units in the kitchen are also very handy. "The views we're amazing from every angle. Really enjoyed watching the sun rise from the lanai while drinking my coffee. Everything you need is provided. Even binoculars. I brought mine, I watched boats go in and out of the harbor. We did experience many knats because of all the recent flooding and rain.
