I needed to return to a place in the countryside to pick up a forgotten item, about 25km away. He told us he could arrange private transport. We asked how much. He asked if we wanted a price in euros. We said no, a price in dinars. He told us 60 dinars. We agreed. We waited 30 minutes for the driver. When he arrived...

Dès son arrivée, on lui a informé que, malgré un forfait “tout inclus” payé, aucun alcool n’était servi en raison du premier jour de fête. Il a même dû donner de l’argent directement aux serveurs pour pouvoir être servi, ce qui est totalement inacceptable. L’hôtel était presque vide, et la situation...

"This property didn’t have any heat, we were graciously moved to another villa that had heaters. But after 6 nights, only one night was with hot water and heat. We were constantly fixing the water heater but never enough to heat the villa or take a bath. The manager was very respectful and tried to accommodate, brought portable heaters, but the water heater just wasn’t having it. He even offered to send us to the hotel, but the villa was gorgeous and accommodating for family in and out all day....

"Breakfast was yummy. Freshly squeezed orange juice, made to order omelette, and some nice Tunisian dishes offered too. The view of the pool and beach is very beautiful. The staff is friendly. The housekeeper is kind and took good care of the room. We stayed on the 4th fooor overlooking the sea. Breathtaking views."

"Point positif : bon emplacement proche de la ville, bonne bouffe, vue sur mer Point négatif : parking encombré, la bâtisse est vieille, l’espace pour le restaurant est petit et après une heure de l’ouverture beaucoup de nourriture manquent, pour avoir accès à la piscine couverte il faut se déplacer à l’hôtel royal azur (imaginez le nombre de personne dans la petite piscine) ce qui n’est pas mentionné dans l’annonce, personnels bof bof… J’ai marqué plus de point négatif que positif car...
