"Worst hotel I,ve ever stayed in! Filthy dirty,the room smelled of sewage,the toilet was leaking,dirty towels on the floor,no loo roll,no tea/coffee not even a teaspoon and there were cigarette butts inside the kettle ! "Lovely villa and convenient location for Porth beach. We had booked for 5 but on arrival there was only bedding and towels for 4. Staff sorted this out super quickly and could not be more helpful. The pool was heated so was a good alternative to braving the freezing seas!"
