The building is old, but the room is clean and neat. The staff was attentive. The location is not very close to the central area, but the bus stops are right in front of the hotel which was very convenient. A restaurant next to the hotel is open 24 hours, the waitress was very friendly and the food was delicious, we dined there twice during our stay.

Nice clean hotel for business travellers. Walking distance from macau outer ferry terminal. A good 15 min walk to main attractions like senado square etc

Warm welcome, room excellent. Swimming pool brilliant. Room service prompt and good value. Scaffolding on outside of building which spoilt the hotel look. Noisy pile driving going on during the day.

It was my 4th time stay @ casa real with friends & family… one of the best Hotel in Macau. Location, Service & Staff support is always remarkable. If you want to win in Casino, you need max luck…which I don’t have. My luck always blooming @ Sand’s Casino..😜😃 stay @ Casa Real is unforgettable, pleasant. Food serving in resturant has variety of food for vegetarians. Walking distance to Ferry Terminal is also a most positive side of the Hotel. Overall 9 out of 10 to the Hotel. 👍👍

Standard gambling hotel property. Large, clean rooms that are a bit impersonal but have all the basics incliding a comfy bed. Robes and a full selection of toiletries provided. Front desk people were surly and unpleasant at both check in and checkout. Hotel on the upper end of the strip but that made it peaceful. Walkable to the ruins and Senator Square and the bigger, more popular casinos at the bottom of the strip. Not a lot of dining choices around the property, but there is an in-house restaurant and café (didn't look interesting so i didn't try). It's very close to the outer harbour ferry terminal which is a bonus. Overall a good place to stay except for the cold staff.
