The property was clean, and the room was very large. The shower water was so good, bed was new, big tv a big plus, cause most Brazilian Hotel has small tvs, and finally the price, I stayed in other hotels in the area, and this hotel has more quality than other big hotels name, believe me.

Great place - accommodating service
Great value for family of four adults. Very clean and friendly staff. After we notified the staff of allergies we were experiencing, they cleaned the whole room with alcohol and change the mattress.

Local seguro e boa localização. Café incrível assim como o atendimento. Instalaçoes fiéis as fotos. Único ponto negativo, que poderia ter sido informado com antecedência, é que o hotel estava em reforma externa, havendo barulhos de dia , que pra nós não foi problema, porém a piscina estava interditada por este motivo. Mas voltaria com certeza (após a finalização da reforma!)

Péssimo hotel . Limpeza ruim . Encontrei uma barata morta no quarto . Em Obras . Tem uma recepcionista super agradável porém no outro dia fica um rapaz . Mal humorado. Totalmente inflexível . Pedimos serviço para passar uma camisa no momento estava fechado. Então pedimos um ferro como em qualquer hotel . Mas nós foi negado pois o hotel cobrava pelo serviço e estava fechado mesmo implorando que era para uma confraternização . No outro dia pedimos uma faca para cortar uma pizza, não nos deram . 30 mim para fazer o check out esperando a moça conferir o frigobar ? Nunca vi isso em hotel nenhum . Em resumo . Nada é possível para o cliente
