"Salvio met us when we arrived and opened his home and his heart to us. Whatever we needed, he was happy to provide. Arriving by bicycle, climbing the hill from sea level was hard, but well worth it! If we return to Siracusa, we will definitely be staying at the Kosmos. "

"Gianni was an excellent host. He was very friendly and gave great tips for exploring Noto and the surrounding area. Breakfast is served from 8:30-9:30 and was very delicious! The rooms were comfortable and in a wonderful location."

Anna was an outstanding host, cares and serves us every day with local fresh pastries, fruits, salumeria, assorted juices and marmalades. Grazing table all day. Room was wonderful. "My friend and I were overwhelmed by the friendliness and helpfulness of all the staff at the property. The hotel is charming, comfortable and spotlessly clean. We loved our rooms. There is a wide choice of both sweet and savoury food at breakfast and fresh fruit plus a homemade cake every morning. Franco concocts a delicious array of cocktails at the bar at only 6 euros each! We will definitely return and I am recommending it to all my friends and family."

"San Carlo suites is so beautiful THe attention to every detail in this hotel is amazing. I loved the room and the amenities and it is right on the main street in Noto (with the famous Cafe Sicilia right below). The staff are incredibly helpful and the breakfast is 10/10! It's lovely having the breakfast out on the balcony. The bathroom is stock with Oritigia products from Siciliy and everything in Noto is accessible by foot. The only issue was the live band at night that played at a downstairs...

"This is my third trip to Noto and my first trip here traveling by myself and not with my family. As such, I thoroughly enjoyed my beautiful room, a pleasant eight minute walk from all of my favorite restaurants and bars. The rooms are spacious and clean and beautifully decorated. The breakfast included in the room price at the bar down the street is wonderful, everyone there is so friendly."
