We were not asked if we wanted housekeeping so it was not provided. We were also not informed that our credit card would have a $20 hold for incidentals each night stayed. The hotel was clean and nice but the mattresses were old and uncomfortable, which was surprising for a Courtyard.

Overall everything was excellent. Staff and services were outstanding. Only minor suggestions. A microwave would be nice, a full length or partial full length mirror outside the bathroom would also be nice. furnishing were clean and comfortable again only a minor suggestion would be to have furniture that sits taller as well as an ADA toilet height.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and the pool, hot tub and the corner tub in our room was very nice and convenient. 3 stars is due to the non-complimentary breakfast (I must have just assumed it would have it and didn’t check to see if it was an accommodation), the mattress was not comfortable and the pillows were super thin with very little fluff to them. They do have a Bistro so you can BUY food there for breakfast/lunch and also they serve Starbucks drinks. Just be aware there is no complimentary breakfast.
