This hotel was conveniently located and had the amenities that we are always looking for when we travel. It doesn't have a restaurant on site, but the daily breakfast had a great selection and there were dining options in Verona and nearby Middleton that we enjoyed. The staff was very helpful.

This hotel met all of our needs. Parking was available on-site. Rooms were cleaned daily and staff was friendly and helpful. This hotel does not have a restaurant on-site, but the daily breakfast that was included in the cost of the room was good, and we enjoyed the restaurants in Verona and Middleton. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at this location. It was in a fairly central location to coffee shops, restaurants, and a Kwik Trip gas station. The place was in a location that felt safe. It was very clean and our room was very comfortable. Plenty of linens for all the hot showers after swimming! The breakfast was very nice & the staff did a great job keeping everything full. We would definitely return if we’re in the area!

Outstanding Customer Service and Care

The staff at Fairfield Inn and Suites in Verona, WI, went above and beyond to create an inviting space, delicious breakfast options, beverages throughout the day, clean rooms and facilities, and an outstanding shuttle service to and from EPIC Services. My stay was comfortable, and my accommodations helped me feel welcomed, secure, and safe. I cannot give enough compliments to the staff including landscaping and maintenance crews, the kitchen / food prep staff, housekeeping, front desk associates, and the shuttle drivers. You can tell effective procedures are in place, customer service is a priority, and hospitality comes naturally for the employees at this establishment. The property was clean. The rooms were clean and the staff was very nice. The breakfast had slot of items. My only complaint is we didn’t know you could park in the parking garage. There was no parking and I went to the front desk, the girl told me I could use the parking garage for free.
