Stood at desk for 10 or so minutes before he came from a back room area. Got the keys , had to ask where the room was and if there was another door from the parking lot closer to the room. Parked near outside door grabbed me stuff from the car carried it in got to the room and door was wide open no bedding on the bed checked the area for maid but found no one went to the desk waited again before he came from backroom and I asked when the room would be ready and his response was he didn't know because the maid was running behind but was on the first floor now finally. Totally unhelpful and didn't care. I checked in an hour after the check in time and didn't know why he couldn't have said the room wasn't ready instead of handing me keys. I grabbed my stuff and hauled back to the car and went to go eat. When I returned after 730 pm the room was ready then. Also the tub shower could not be turned off completely so water was running in the bathroom all night. Then had to step on the bug that was running around the bathroom floor. Wasn't expecting extravagant for the price but I have stayed at much better and for less price. NEVER AGAIN there!
