When you check into your room, and the person doing the check in describes the room (to you and the guests ahead of you) as "European and cozy".. you know it will be tiny, and it was. I like how they were setting expectations ( I'm assuming) on feedback they received . (way to go marketing department- 😉). Those words (European and cozy) are much nicer than tiny.
Check in with friendly and quick. The room, was clean and had everything we needed. Bathroom was fine. I would never stay here if I was here for an extended period or work as the workspace was most nonexistent. There was a piece of Formica that popped out of the wall (desk), and what I thought was a luggage stand was more like a camping stool you would use as your work chair. Fie working, ergonomics were sub-par. There was no closet so you hung your clothes on the wall in front of the bed. As we were attending a wedding there wasn't a ton of space, but it did suffice for an overnight stay.
The two areas that could use improvement, was staff check in with friendly and professional, except when they would talk to one other about other guests that you could overhear. Valet parking is the worst I have ever experienced. Even if it's a third-party, it's still a reflection on the hotel. Look for parking elsewhere.
Overall, it was fine for an overnight stay. Its was convenient for the wedding venue, an average stay.
