"Had an AMAZING time at Purity Springs Resort!! Convenient location, great amenities, comfortable and quiet rooms, great dining options at Traditions Restaurant (on site) and cant appreciate the peaceful and tranquil, nice Purity Lake enough. "The shower and bathroom were not cleaned prior to our arrival. The staff took care of it after I called and let them know unfortunately after I was in the shower. Housekeeping came right away to clean the whole room."

"Room was lovely, cool and clean on a hot summer day in June! Even though we were only in town for 1 night we throughly enjoyed the property and thankful we were able to grab coffee at the Continental Breakfast by 7am as we were leaving to travel home. Such a convenience!"

"Overall, the hotel was very nice and reasonably priced for the area. The front staff was exceptionally polite and helpful. We also enjoyed sitting on the small back patio to enjoy the view/sunset. My only suggestion is that the mattresses could have been better (they were not very supportive)."

"If they send you a 10 digit number and a blanked out email, the 10 digit number is the contact phone number and it is not the one on the website. There is an issue with emails and Expedia I guess so they will text you that as it isn't the one on the website. The service seems to operate only from 9am-5pm EST so calls outside of those hours may go unanswered. Otherwise, they were quick and prompt to resolve any issues, cottage was clean, beds were comfy, blankets were very warm, bathroom is tiny...
