Nice apartment in a great location

The apartment pictures and description are accurately portrayed. The apartment is small, but has everything you need, including a washer. The location is great, only a few streets away from Gran Via. There are a few small grocery stores near by and plenty of restaurants and cafes. The location is secure and there is an elevator that was great to use for luggage since the apartment was on the third floor.

My family of 4 stayed here on our last night before flying home. We found the apartment clean and nicely decorated. The apartment is located on a narrow street across from a bar so there was noise late into the night. Our only complaint is that the landlord didn't offer to store our luggage for the few hours needed before our flight. There was a luggage storage store within a ten minute walk, which was an additional 20€. Christian, who checked us in was very nice and informative about the unit.
