The place was spacious, tastefully decorated and well appointed. The location was unbelievable, walkable to lots of good restaurants, cafes and local attractions. Will definitely stay there again if we’re back in Madrid. Highly recommend it!!!

What I liked most about the stay was the excellent location. The apartment was clean and good value for the price we paid. One of the bathrooms wasn’t working when we arrived, but the staff were very helpful and quickly moved us to another apartment. Overall, we had a good stay and felt it was worth the money.

Our stay was great! I have 2 teens and it was so convenient for each to have a bathroom! Upon arrival one of them was greeted with balloons, birthday message, and candy! That was a surprise for him and also myself. It was not planned!!! It was easy to reach out to them with any questions I had. It was easy to checkin. They had multiple ACs through out the apartment which can be controlled separately. We stayed at the 2 bedroom- family apartment. The amount of space for my family was bigger than expected. Very convenient! There are groceries and restaurants just a couple footsteps away. The location was excellent. It was quiet during the middle of the night. Was able to sleep without being awaken by noise. The bed and bedding are very nice and good quality. They provide both hairdryer AND hair straightener. The attention to detail was great. The kitchen had everything you can think of (ie fruit peeler). We will definitely come back and will also check out their other locations in the future!

We had an excellent stay at POSTCODE Chueca and would absolutely stay here again. The apartment was spotless, modern, and very comfortable. Traveling as a group of four adults, having three full bathrooms made a huge difference and made our stay so much more enjoyable. One thing we really appreciated was the air conditioning. During the hot summer days in Madrid, it worked perfectly and kept the apartment cool and comfortable at all times. We also loved the thoughtful welcome note and water that were waiting for us when we arrived. It was a very nice personal touch and made us feel truly welcome. The location is fantastic—within walking distance of many attractions, restaurants, cafés, and the Metro, making it very easy to explore Madrid. Overall, this was one of the best accommodations of our trip, and we highly recommend it. Thank you for making our first days in Madrid so comfortable and memorable!

Me encantó!! Instalaciones super limpias, bonitas y recién remodeladas. La ubicación también está lo máximo, estás a 1 cuadra de la Gran Vía, cercano a cafecitos y restaurantes…muy buena zona! Definitivamente me volvería a hospedar aquí
