"Wonderful place, though price went up significantly at the facility, last year I stayed at Westin, this year I had to stay at the four points, just kidding, the two hotels are built in the same building and all had exits directly to the shopping mall. Four points is a bit less expensive. Fabulous surroundings with great choice of everything. "

"We spent 4 nights at the Majapahit hotel and it was such a fantastic place to stay we found it hard to leave the hotel and explore Surabaya! The room was great (very spacious and well maintained given they are in a historical building). The grounds are stunning. The lobby has a fantastic cocktail bar and the high tea was excellent."
