The decor in common areas and rooms is so beautiful and brings one back to a bygone era. The breakfast is a delightful and generous buffet. Coffee and tea is always available in the lobby. The staff is very helpful and kind with personal and thoughtful service. I will always stay here when I visit Gothenburg, which is my home town."

"Excellent confort, excellent petit déjeuner, des espaces communs très confortables, sauna, la vue sur la rive en face est impressionnante (chambres est), les installations portuaires. C'est un peu excentré mais un bateau fait la traversée et le tram passe juste derrière quelques minutes à pieds."

The spa area is very well maintained and there is plenty of space to relax,widough felling crowded. The hotel staff is extremely helpful and kind ."

"We loved our stay. Easy check in, easy location only 2 stops from the city on tramline 5, lovely lovely staff, warm welcome, clean room and immaculate bedding!! Free coffee much appreciated after our 2am start from Edinburgh. Loved that bedding and towels were included - absolutely a bargain. We are 2 friends and stayed with our three teen daughters and we all had the best sleep. Our night in Gothenburg was a budget adventure and we are so glad we chose to stay here! Thank you for having us."

"Really clean, cozy and photogenic apart-hotel. Has a common kitchen area, well decorated and handy. Has mini fridge in the room. All self-service, so there isn't a luggage storage option, but you could just leave stuff in the laundry room, quite safe I'd say. Ah yes, you can use laundry if necessary. Only downside being no AC, which isn't unusual for EU and especially nordic I suppose."

"1) The zinc roof outside the window is extremely noisy when rain. 2) The ceiling and the wall are so thin that I can hear the noise from the others since 7 am every day. 3) The 7-day stay, I left my iPad in the room only on the last day, and I found my iPad pencil was missing inside the room when I came back."
