"Staff were extremely helpful Food wss great. Hotel was clean and comfortable. We were not looking for anything fancy, just a place to sleep and continue with other legs of our teip. "

I booked at the price of 1150 and they told that they won't give me the room for that money and I have to pay 1600.i tried to contact hotels.com and couldn't find any numbers to contact. So I paid the amount. The room was In pathetic condition. Air conditioning was not working properly and the food which I ordered through get an hour to get delivered. Washroom was dirty and the water was not draining from the bathroom. Never ever...

The pillow had a visible blood stain, and the single towel provided was ripped down the middle. The overall cleanliness was extremely poor, to the point where I did not feel comfortable staying. I checked out after only a few hours. The listing photos are very misleading, and this was a deeply disappointing experience."
