"Avoid at all costs. Party of three, taking two rooms - we left the hotel after an hour. Rubbish had not been cleaned from bins from previous occupants, bed linen stained, stuffing coming out of pillows. Hotel refused my refund (my colleagues received theirs immediately) and hotels.com thinks this is acceptable."

"We recently stayed at Sky Imperial Hotel in Udaipur, and unfortunately, we were not impressed with the overall experience. The hotel promised several amenities on their website, but many of those were either missing or not as described. When we arrived, the entry area was not well maintained — there were even a few nails on the ground, which felt unsafe and unprofessional. The rooms looked very luxurious and high-end in the pictures, but in reality, they did not match the expectations set...
