"I had to send back the dinner, the chicken was smelling of fish, clealry hygiene issues in the kitchen. Very shocking that the gas flame in the kitchen is always on full blast, even when not being used - health hazard as well eco hazard. Over worked and exhausted staff, they aim to please but mostly don't seem to comprehend much - I think the managment of this hotel is over working the staff, with 12 hr shifts to save money, pretty pathetic. Frankly, I would not stay here again if I had a choice."

Prathamesh and Tejas from Momo Cafe provided service that was certainly beyond what was required of them. Overall we had a very satisfying stay at the hotel and the extra efforts of those mentioned as well as others was simply amazing!"
