Our home in Mahe

I had been to seychelles twice and always jn expensive hotels. After my wedding in Mahe, I decided to take a self catering apartment so I can show my husband my talent in cooking and I felt so comfortable in Coco Blanche. It is big, organized, easy to find and lovely hosts.

חופשה בסיישל

היתי רק 2 לילות במקום הזה. מודבר במקום נקי, יש בו סלון, חדר ארונות קטן שניתן גם להתאפר בו וחדר שינה. בחדר שינה יש מזגן חדש שעובד מצוין. בסלון אין מזגן אבל לי אישית זה בכלל לא הפריע כי המזגן בחדר שינה ממש חזק ביחס למקומות אחרים ולבתי מלון שביקרתי. בעלת הבית מאוד נחמדה ותמיד מוכנה לעזור ולהסביר איפה כדאי לטייל. במרחק הליכה של 2 דקות נמצא חוף קטן ומדהים. אפשר לשחות שם. בקרבת המקום יש דואר, כמה חנויות קטנות של בגדים ורק מסעדה אחת. יש גם מקום שניתן לקנות אוכל ולקחת. החופים בקרבת המקום מאוד יפים. אין הרבה תיירים באזור וגם אין מקומות בילוי לילי , בתי קפה ומסעדות. אבל זה מאפיין את רוב המקומות באי. אני ממליצה להגיע למקום הזה כי הוא נוח, קרוב לחוף וקרוב לתחנת אוטובוס. אפשר להשכיר רכב ב- 40 יורו. רכב גדול או חשמלי היברידי עולה 50 יורו. הביטוח הוא בכל המקומות כולל רק צד שלישי ולכן במקרה של תאונה קטנה תצטרכו לשלם לפחות 1000 יורו (זה מה שקרה לי). באוטובוס הנסיעה עולה 5 רופי שזה פחות מ- 2 שקל, אבל באוטובוסים אין מזגן האינטרנט לפעמים איטי אבל זה מאפיין את רוב המקומות באי. .

Lucy(David's Mum) was fantastic, so helpful and would organise what you needed a great big thanks . Villa well equipped for self catering. Mahe amazing beaches best I've ever experienced. You capture Seychelles life in this area. Recommend Anchor Cafe for evening food We stayed a week and would say car hire is a must.Roads are very challenging narrow winding and steep through forest.Can get local bus at 5 rupees anywhere on island but very basic and busy they seemed to run continually throughout day.

All you could possibly need at Coco Blanche

Firstly communication was very prompt . Every single email was replied to within 24 hrs,which was very reassuring. The villa is super clean , kitchen well stocked with tea, coffee, bottle of water , soap , sponge and dish cloth . All the appliances you could need and crockery too. Beds were comfortable , fan and A.C in the room .( except for the hall but it was cool enuff with the fan on and the AC on in the bedroom). The bathroom is huge , clean , plenty of hot water for showers. There was TV with a few channel and a cartoon channel for the kids. It's close to a few boutiques and a good restaurant around 5 mins by car . But there is a small grocery store opposite the road for essentials . Lucy, David's Mum received us and even woke up at 4.30am to bud us farewell and see us off . She was wonderful , warm and friendly and will make you feel at home . You can't go wrong with Coco Blanch it's perfect , although a car is a must to get to the popular beaches . Wifi was very slow but available .
