I was here in March 2020 just before the island closed down for the pandemic. Good value apartments within 10 minutes walking of Beau Vallon beach. The flats are a bit dated but have everything you need. Balcony overlooking the main road was nice for sitting and reading. AC in the bedroom and fan in the main living room. WiFi worked fine during my stay. TV has local channels and a few international English channels (Al-Jazeera English news, BBC). Full kitchen with stove, fridge, kettle, everything you need for self-catering. Just a 3 minute walk to several supermarkets and a liquor store to stock your fridge. The bus stop to Victoria or to Bel Ombre is right in front of the flat.

les inconvénients: l'appartement est vétuste et donne sur la montagne. Avec proximité de la route, on entend le passage des voitures. les avantages: climatisation des chambre car il fait très chaud la nuit en décembre et accès wifi. Proche de commodités et de la plage. on peut y aller à pied.

Great stay but with small hiccups

The hotel is in a great location near both supermarkets and Beau Vallon beach. The hotel itself is a bit of an older standard but not really an issue. That's why it's one of the cheaper hotels. Unfortunately we had problems with the drains. The kitchen pipes leaked so water came out on the floor, the water stayed in the shower for a while and some water leaked in the hallway. We let the owner know and they moved us to another location since the hotel was fully booked. That place was a bit newer but still very close. We're really happy with our stay and can recommend it! Note that the Internet is very slow on the island in general. It's throttled and you can't even watch a video clip the majority of the time. Recommend getting a sim card with data on for your internet needs!

I liked that, for a decent price, I could spent some time next to the beach. The Beau Vallon Beach is situated at only ten minutes walking distance from Vicky's Holiday Apartments.

Very central in Beau Vallon. Close to the beach and right about 4 supermarkets to stock on supplies. The apartment had 2 rooms, one had the kitchen, a big table and a sitting area and the other room was the bedroom. Very close to the bus station to Victoria and other parts of the island. It is a comfortable and clean place but very plain and simple. Kitchen will allow you to save on restaurants. Our observation is based on just one night stay. For us it was perfect.

Sehr schlecht.

Dieses Apartm. werde ich Nie mehr buche und auch nicht empfehlen, es ist katastrophal eingerichtet. Kein Möbel passte zum anderen. Alles billig und alt. Such die kleinen unschönen, schmudlien Badezimer Teppiche und Eingagsteppuch schrecklich. Mit Vicky konne man per Mail gut korrespondieren. Alte sehr kleine Receptionsdesk. Sehr laut von Strasse Morgens 6:00-23:00, dafür 3 Min zum Strand Beau Vallon.

Lousy management

email address from Expedia didn't get through and made a long distance call from South Africa requested for a pick up shuttle. Given the details of our flight, arrival date and time. The person answered the call told us R$500 and the driver will show our names on the paper at arrival hall at the airport. Didn't mention need to reconfirm. Few days before our departure to Make, had given Expedia the details too. Ended up no-one turned up at the airport. It's late at night, got panic at the airport. Fortunately a taxi driver helped to call but the lady who answered the call claimed that we didn't confirm and yelled over the phone. We didn't receive any email from the Apartment. How did we know about we needed to reconfirm. Besides we never managed to get through the email address provided. On our first night got put in a shared kitchen/bathroom. Following morning, transferred to the top floor but no gas/bottle opener and very poor wifi system. During our six nights stay, no cleaning or replacing towels, rubbish bags and hardly see staff on duty except Tuesday and Sat when we checked out

You get what you pay for

Hi, Dont expect much from this hotel / holiday apartment. The best positive thing is that they have a laundry, hot water, and a full kitchen. Concierge aka the front desk reception were super lousy in doing their job. I simply asked for toilet roll and after requesting like for more than 2 times, it was whirled at me that too just one. Cleaning was never asked for, no room service of absolutely whats so ever was given. But as said, you get what u pay for. I was on super saver mode for this vacation so had chose this Even with the small things I would suggest the apartment, especially if you have kids with you

J'ai passer deux semaines dans cet appartement et j'y retournerai sans hésiter j'ai adorer l'emplacement, l'appartement à l'intérieur il est complet il ne manque rien. Il est super bien placé merci aux filles là-bas qui sont des amours

Etablissement idéalement placé proche de tout

Nous avons séjourné en famille (4 personnes) dans cette établissement du 22/02 au 04/03. Nous avons été très déçu dans un premier temps par l'aspect rudimentaire du logement et le confort du couchage. Nous nous sommes finalement habituer, aider par la beauté des paysages de Mahé et la gentillesse du personnel de l'établissement.
