"Unfortunately, this particular room was very noisy from the main road facing the room. I was unable to have a good sleep throughout my 4-night stay at the hotel. Upon check-in and entering the room, the bathroom had an awful smell which I had to clean it myself. However, the smell from the drainage remain. The shower gel dispenser in the shower was leaking. Nevertheless, the rest of the hotel are nice and clean. The breakfast was good with sufficient varieties from local and western food."

From the high tech toilets to the great smelling Bergamonte 32 toiletteries as well as the gorgeous decor, I did not want to leave. "The hotel was older but was fairly comfortable. I really liked the downstairs breakfast as it had a lot of variety of Indonesian foods to try. Getting Grab transportation from the lobby area was also really easy. Only thing is not much to do in the immediate area within walking distance."
