"My wife and I stayed here a total of 5 nights during our recent trip to Leh/Ladakh. The hotel is clean and comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. Also the staff was amazing - always making sure we were happy and attentive to any and all requests we made. The hotel is well located and an easy walk to the main market and various restaurants and shops. "

"There were some maintenance issues when we checked in but our room was upgraded to make our stay comfortable. We were offered the services of the hotel transport which we took. Hussian the driver was friendly and had good knowledge of the area which made our tours enjoyable. Overall we found the hotel nice & comfortable with good food and friendly staff. "I really enjoyed both my stays at The Pal. It's a very nice property, well-kept, a convenient short walk from the main market. The stroll down the street never got old. The room was tidy. The shower was plenty refreshing after an 8-day trek. Breakfast was good. The staff was especially friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed my time at The Pal and look forward to staying again next time I visit wonderful Leh. "

"Norbu the hotel GM was excellent. He personally made sure that the stay was comfortable and any of our needs were addressed. In fact, while embarrassing to state in a review, we ran out of cash and he lent us Rs. 5000/= going out of the way. That was a very trusting gesture on his part. Norbu also helped us get the visitor permit from the local DM’s office which helped us move forward with our trip.
