"We were a family of 4 and our scheduled stay was one night. The flush in our bathroom was not functioning and there was nobody who could come and take a look at it since it was the weekend. Communicating over WhatsApp or calling the number provided yielded no result other than a promise to pass on the complaint to have it looked at when "someone" was available (the soonest was the next morning, but that did us no good since we were going to be checking out). Neither was the person I communicated...
