"We loved our stay. The rooms were very tasteful, ample, clean and nice. The entire house, which only has 6 rooms, and garden were very homely and tasteful, and we were very comfortable during our stay. And everyone working there was welcoming, friendly and helpful. The guesthouse is located in the border of the village, just bellow some stunning hills. With views to the characteristic volcanic rock walls and the vibrant nature that the island has. "Everything was updated and clean in great location. Can walk to everything in town. Parking is on the street but on the side street found enough. Breakfast was nice with a lot of choices. They provided heaters if you need it. Very friendly and would stay again."

"My cousin & I chose this hotel as a base camp for hiking on Terceira because of its close location to Monte Brasil, the harbour & lots of restaurants. All the staff were very kind, thoughtful & helpful. We were checked in by Fluberto, who gave us good advice for our 1st hike & Lisandra connected us with an amazing taxi driver (Vasco) who was bilingual, and assisted us with our late check out request. We met Jeff, the owner & his lovely dog (Whiskey)- you can tell he has put a lot of thought...

"Overall, I had a great stay at this hotel. The room was clean. The staff were very, very, friendly and helpful. While the hotel room was very clean, the bathrooms are quite outdated. I would recommend some remodeling at some point as it appears that the actual bedrooms may have been remodeled but the bathrooms are still outdated. "

"Il posto è spettacolare, direzione molto disponibile ad ogni tipo di aiuto o consiglio. Capanna pulita e confortevole. Bagno pulito. Metterei un ripiano aggiuntivo in doccia per i saponi o gel. Cucina ben fornita. Molte ragnatele ma essendo in una foresta di banane è normale; credo basterebbe poco toglierne alcune tutti i giorni. Almeno in cucina. Comunque consigliatissimo per una vacanza spartana e dove trovare nuovi amici."
