"Unfortunately, the condition of the room was entirely unacceptable. Upon arrival, I discovered several serious issues:
Unsanitary conditions: The bathroom had not been properly cleaned, and there were visible stains on the bed sheets. The towels were dirty.
The TV was not functioning
I brought these matters to the attention of the management, but they never get back to me."

"This hotel was a great deal and close to Binghamton University. It offered a 1 night stay on graduation weekend and it was basic but clean and free breakfast. Hot waffles were my son's favorite! It is not super fancy but absolutely got the job done. Clean beds and close to the university."
