Det ingick även cornflakes och mjölk. Personalen var vänlig och hjälpsam. Hotellet kändes mycket tryggt och lugnt och det låg mycket bra till mitt i Barrio Italia men på en tyst gata. "I had to pay out of my own pocket because the hotel told me they didn't work with hotels.com and had not received any advance payment. Therefore, unless hotels.com acknowledges they made a mistake and promptly refunds my payment, I will consider this a scam on the part of hotels.com and will take appropriate legal action."

"I stayed in the private apartment (thought was on sight) But it is down the street from the hostel. The apartment is basic and no shampoo or anything like that. Two towels and no dish towels. Apartment was kind of run down but the price is what you get. Bed was not that comfortable and no ac; just a fan. "You get what you pay for. This was a cheap stay. There was only one shower and one toilet for 5 rooms, some of which were double. The shower was either scaldingly hot or freezing cold with no in between. It is in an area with 1940s buildings which are really nice. It was quiet and close to bus and metro."
