"Our stay was good, with quick check-in and check-out. The breakfast was very good, and the service was excellent. The only thing to improve is that the bathroom towels were very old and dark, some even had loose threads."

"Beautiful old hotel near centre of Santiago. Comfortable stay, bathroom could do with an upgrade. Lovely old furniture. Pool was not warm. Bar meals ok but expensive. Staff friendly and helpful. "
