"We had the one bedroom apartment which is absolutely huge. It has two outdoor seating areas on opposite sides of the unit. Access to your unit, the building, and the garage are all a single code to remember. The elevator is quick, though there are only 3 levels (garage, lobby, rooms). The one bedroom apartments are strange in that you have to enter the code at two different entry doors before heading up a staircase to reach your living space. The rewards of the living space more than offset...

"Very clean and tidy, we stayed with a 10 year old and 4 week old, not very practical having the main bed inches away from the walls on both sides to have the bassinet next to the bed. Otherwise super clean, lovely modern amenities and easy check in and out process. "

Room wasn't ready when we arrived, we were only staying for one night meaning it shortened our stay even further and the check out is quite early at 10am. Were promised something to make up for the inconvenience but never received anything. There was confusion when we initially arrived about which hotel we were in (as there are two on the same estate). "Spacious villa in idyllic location. Comfortable bed. Effective cooling fans. Adjacent parking. Easy walking access to adjoining winery/restaurant. "

"No check in staff or bag drop available even though requested location of this with the staff. No instructions for checkout or rubbish removal. Entry door to room not secure - internal latch was removed! Workman let himself in whilst I was showering!! Hair and dirt in bathroom drawers, in wardrobe and cutlery draws. Useful items unavailable - scissors in kitchen, hangers or clothes drying rack."
