We also met one of the cleaners, who was lovely, as well as a friendly man who came to look at our phone that wasn't working (I also pointed out the cracked shower tiles to him). I've given 5 stars for cleanliness, because this was honestly one of the cleanest apartments we've ever stayed in! "Thornton is a lovely location. We stayed in The Arnott room which I would call a suite - lounge, bedding etc. the room is equipped with a bar fridge, microwave, kettle, cups, mugs, saucers for two people. Bathroom is spacious. Free wifi was good. Would stay again. "
