These are not minor concerns, they raise clear sanitation issues. "Loved the location, amenities and staff! Everything was excellent. The only thing lacking is upgrades to the rooms. They are looking a bit tired, since most of your time is spent enjoying everything else outside, it’s not a major hurdle."

"This was a beautiful villa across the street from the grand wailea. Booking included full use of the resort, which was excellent. Included was a shuttle service with uber-like app that we could use to go anywhere within a 1 mile radius. This was a great stay"

"Pros: Biggest plus at this condo was location -- steps from the beach, dining, shops, etc. One bedroom condo was also very clean when we arrived, well supplied, and spacious. Great pool, especially midday when everyone is at the beach. Kitchen was well stocked and there was plenty of tp. Condo was quiet and beautiful landscaping provides a lot of privacy. Cons: No view so we did not spend time on the lanai. Water filter needs replacing; no through the door chilled water while we were there....
