"We recently stayed at Red Roof Inn, and while the room itself was clean, comfortable, and met our expectations, the experience with the staff unfortunately left a lot to be desired.
Customer service was disappointing from the start. We were informed that there is an additional charge if you’d like to check out even just one hour later, which felt excessive. What was more concerning, however, was that there seemed to be a willingness to “negotiate” that fee if paying in cash, which did not come across as professional or appropriate.
Overall, while the room quality was fine, the lack of professionalism from the staff made the stay far less enjoyable. Better customer service and clearer, more consistent policies would make a big difference."
