"SCAMMER ALERT I arrived at this property after traveling for 5 hours to Luxembourg to have no check in instructions or have any ability to contact the host. The number and contact they provided were disconnected and I asked residents at the apartment complex about the rental unit and they shared they did not know who the owner was and that others had issues before. EXPEDIA did right by me and put me into another hotel and helped with my expenses. USE EXPEDIA, but do NOT book this location. "

"The check in experience was appalling, despite reaching out to the property ahead of the 3pm time, check in information was given the information only at 5pm because they forgot to send me the link ahead for the cleaning fees. I am travelling with a toddler and luggages so we checked in at another hotel nearby. On top of that the adress of the flat was not the one I booked ..The property said they would get back to me the next day. Which they never did. Apart from that the flat was nice, clean....

"Comfortable room though a bit small. My only complaint was the poor design of the shower that let water get all over the bathroom floor every time you used it. The hotel food was decent and very fairly priced (especially compared to other hotels). Breakfast had a large selection of hot and cold foods. And they'd toast you up a panini sandwich whenever you wanted one, along with draft beer. The staff were very helpful and polite."

"I had a wonderful stay that started with Marcus going above and beyond from the minute I walked through the doors. My room was comfortable and clean. It was an easy walk to the T1 tram. "Ramiz at Reception was welcoming & professional. He informed me about the area and a little about the history. The room was spacious, clean & bed was comfortable. Restaurants & grocery store witin walking distance. Free local transport - train, bus trams to city centre - though a little far from city centre. The University of Luxembourg is known for its departments of life sciences medicine & tech. A number of start ups in the area - a young city, well-planned for the future."

"Every few years I check into a hotel and am given a key to a room that has not been cleaned. It happened again here and the hotel found a nice room in the same category and after ten minutes I was in the new room. But the hotel seems stretched to the limits in the busy summer holiday season -- understandable, but not attractive. Nearby Zoo is one of the best in the world and worth a full day visit. "
