"We did not expect luxurious accommodation, but even basic hygiene was not maintained here. Dirty towels, mold in the bathroom, stains on the carpet and chairs. Dirt on the pillowcases, etc. I hope they will eliminate these shortcomings to make the time spent there more pleasant for their visitors."

"Not withstanding the new TV, microwaves and taps, the carpets, moulding etc is well beyond its time. But the soundproofing of rooms is terrible. I could hear everything including whispering from the next room and there are no staff to deal with the parties, that broke out on two of the 4 nights i was there, nor the fight that broke out in the hallway. I was threatened by one of the “guests” and ended up leaving at 1:00 am to drive back to Victoria. Ive stayed here before, and its always been...
